Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy within children’s residential care
  • All relevant and up-to-date qualifications (Level 5 Leadership & Management or equivalent preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
  • A passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes
