We are delighted to announce that we are looking for a weekend Giftware Sales Advisor for our new Belfast store.
Overview
EZ Living Furniture is a family‑run retailer with nationwide operations and an online shopping experience. This role is based in our Belfast store and involves weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Achieve weekly sales targets, using the POS system and dealing with customers on a day‑to‑day basis, by telephone and in person.
- Provide a top class professional service to customers.
- Engage with customers to drive sales and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- At least two years of retail experience as a sales advisor.
- Retail experience in furniture is beneficial but not essential.
- Previous achievement of sales targets is an advantage.
- Strong IT skills and an excellent telephone manner.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to use your own initiative, be hardworking, conscientious and motivated.
