Overview
We are delighted to announce that we are looking for a full time or part time Furniture Sales Advisor in our Crescent Link Store City of Derry.
EZ Living Furniture was founded in Galway in 1998. We are a family run Irish retailer with stores operating nationwide, as well as a full online shopping experience offering delivery throughout Ireland. We are the largest Furniture Retailer in Ireland employing over 350 people. Our planned expansion and continuous improvements to both our physical and online presence will lead to the creation of even more jobs, and cement us as a recognised brand that represents quality, value and above all being customer centric in everything we do. We understand that the world we live in is changing, as are our customer\’s needs. The future of furniture retail is centred on a number of key factors – providing the most on-trend designs, manufactured to the highest standards, presented in the best showrooms, supported by the most knowledgeable staff, all at superb value. We look to understand our customer\’s wants and needs and base our company\’s growth around this.
The Person
Responsibilities
- Must be an enthusiastic individual with a talent for selling, matched with a strong customer focus.
- Goal driven, ambitious with a desire to be successful.
- A desire to develop and progress within an expanding company.
- Achieve weekly sales targets, using our POS system and dealing with our customers on a day to day basis, both by telephone and in person.
- Energetic and enthusiastic.
- Willingness to provide a top class professional service.
Skills And Qualifications
- You will be an experienced retail advisor with at least two years retail experience.
- Furniture experience would be a benefit but not essential.
- Previous achievement of sales targets will be an advantage.
- You will have strong IT skills and an excellent telephone manner.
- You will be a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Able to use your own initiative, you will be hard working, conscientious with strong motivational skills.
