We are looking for an experienced Benefits Specialist for a global business with a UK office in Watford. Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will help shape a consistent, compliant benefits offering, rolling out benefits policies aligned to the Total Reward and People Strategy, manage governance across Europe, and use data and insight to continuously improve programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering benefits policy updates in line with the European benefits framework.
- Managing a centralised benefits inventory and developing Excel-based tracking tools.
- Keeping HR systems up to date with benefits eligibility and ensuring data accuracy.
- Reviewing market data, producing benchmarks, modelling scenarios, and proposing enhancements.
- Taking part in benefits surveys and working closely with brokers on renewals and supplier selection.
- Evaluating programme effectiveness, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising key stakeholders.
- Supporting wider reward initiatives and contributing to robust governance processes.
Skills/experience:
- Solid experience and knowledge of European benefits and reward practices.
- A strong background in market analysis and benefits modelling.
- Advanced Excel capability and experience with HRIS, ideally SuccessFactors.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Confidence working autonomously in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Exposure to European Works Councils would be a strong advantage.
