We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing tech business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting a c.100+ workforce. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing pragmatic HR support across employee relations, performance, talent initiatives and people projects, while helping the business scale at pace.
The role:
- Partnering closely with managers on day-to-day people matters
- Leading and advising on ER cases and policy application
- Supporting performance cycles, salary reviews and talent development
- Driving improvements to onboarding, processes and HR systems
- Using people data to spot trends and influence decisions
About you:
- 4+ years’ experience in a generalist or HRBP role
- Experience working in a fast-paced (ideally Tech-focused) environment
- Confident handling ER cases independently
- Ideally, CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Commercial, people-focused and not afraid to challenge constructively
