We are looking for an experienced Compensation Analyst for a global business with a UK office in Watford. Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will provide market insight, salary benchmarking, and analytical support to ensure reward strategies remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven compensation professional to play a key role in developing, analysing, and enhancing compensation programmes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct compensation benchmarking using external market data and salary surveys.
  • Analyse pay structures, salary ranges, and reward programmes to support business decision-making.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership teams on compensation-related matters.
  • Support annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes.
  • Produce detailed compensation reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with UK pay legislation and internal governance requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and provide recommendations to maintain a competitive reward offering.
  • Support job evaluation and grading activities.
  • Contribute to reward projects, including pay transparency, pay equity, and compensation framework reviews.

Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Compensation Analyst, Reward Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Experience using compensation survey data and market benchmarking tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of UK reward practices and employment legislation.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors or similar is desirable.
