We are partnering with a leading global professional services organisation to recruit a Benefits Specialist with a strong focus on US benefits. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing HR function within a complex, international business, where you will play a key role in shaping and managing competitive benefits offerings for US-based employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and continuous improvement of US benefits programmes
- Act as the subject matter expert on US benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Partner with internal stakeholders including HR, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery
- Support annual benefits renewals, benchmarking, and vendor selection processes
