We’re looking for a collaborative and engaging HR Advisor looking for a step-up into a Senior HR Advisor position to join a fast-paced and growing professional services business in Leeds. This is a broad and exciting generalist role where you'll work closely with HR Business Partners to support the delivery of the people strategy, while also contributing to key strategic projects that support continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising managers on employee relations issues, policies, and best practices
  • Supporting organisational change projects and HR initiatives
  • Delivering coaching and guidance to line managers
  • Leading on casework, including performance, absence, and disciplinary matters
  • Supporting talent and development activity
  • Supporting and leading on HR projects

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor, ideally within professional services or a fast-paced, commercial environment
  • Confident handling ER issues with a practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
