We are partnering with a leading engineering services organisation based in Basildon, who are seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior HR Advisor to join their growing team.
As the Senior HR Advisor, you’ll provide comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a varied generalist role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with line managers to drive best HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and absence cases
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new talent
- Lead or assist on HR projects including policy updates, engagement initiatives, and restructures
- Coach and support line managers on HR best practices
- Contribute to the development of HR processes and improvements
- Maintain and update HR systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
Skills & Experience:
- Strong HR advisory experience, ideally within an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment
- Confident handling employee relations and complex HR issues
- Able to build strong relationships across all levels of the business
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
This is a permanent role offering circa £35,000 – £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
