We’re partnering with a leading, purpose-led organisation who are looking for a Senior Employee Relations Manager to shape and lead their ER strategy during a period of transformation. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you will have one direct report and oversee a larger support team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, owning complex ER activity, influencing organisational change, and strengthening leadership capability across the business.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading on high-risk, complex ER casework
- Driving and embedding a forward-thinking ER strategy and framework
- Advising executives on risk, employment law and people strategy
- Leading consultation processes across restructures, redundancies, and organisational change
- Designing and delivering ER capability programmes to elevate manager effectiveness
What we're looking for:
- Significant senior-level ER experience within a complex, regulated environment
- Proven experience leading consultation and organisational change programmes
- Deep knowledge of UK employment law, with sound judgement and commercial acumen
- Strong track record of influencing senior and executive stakeholders
Salary on offer: £95,000 - £105,000 + Exceptional Package (including a top bonus)
Location: Hybrid, suitable for someone living in the South West of England, comfortable with monthly travel to various locations.
