We are seeking an experienced Reward Analyst to support a key job evaluation project on an initial 6-month contract with a day rate of £450 per day. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in reviewing and enhancing job evaluation frameworks within a dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the delivery of a job evaluation project across multiple business areas
- Apply job evaluation methodologies (e.g. Mercer, Willis Towers Watson) to benchmark roles
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure accurate role assessments
- Analyse and interpret reward data to support grading and pay structures
- Provide insights and recommendations to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
- Support documentation, governance, and communication of evaluation outcomes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Reward Analyst, with strong exposure to job evaluation projects
- Familiarity with recognised job evaluation frameworks (e.g Mercer, WTW)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
