You’ll act as the subject matter expert for compensation, benefits, and Workday data integrity—supporting the annual reward cycle, benchmarking, and benefits administration to ensure people feel valued, supported, and rewarded for their contributions.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with external benefits providers and brokers to review, renew, and enhance offerings. Lead on benefits enrolment processes and ensure a seamless employee experience.

  • Strong technical proficiency with Workday HRIS (essential).
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, able to work collaboratively across HR, Finance, and business leadership teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working both independently and within a team setting.
