Reward Partner – Global Scope
Leeds – Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)
£65,000 – £75,000 per annum plus package & bonus

We are looking for an experienced Reward Partner to join a high-performing People team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a global reward strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned reward professional to design, implement and manage total reward solutions that are market competitive, fair, compliant, and inclusive — supporting the wider employee value proposition (EVP) and driving high performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Head of Reward to deliver a global reward strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent
- Lead the role profile and evaluation process to ensure accurate grading and benchmarking.
- Manage global pay frameworks and deliver regular external benchmarking reviews
- Oversee the design and execution of bonus and incentive schemes, ensuring fairness, compliance, and alignment with performance culture
- Contribute to People projects, delivering reward-related workstreams on time, to cost, and to quality standards
- Produce reports, insights, and papers for senior stakeholders and remuneration committees
- Ensure reward policies are up-to-date, compliant with legislation, and supportive of EDI and wellbeing objectives
We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Reward Manager who brings:
- A strong understanding of employment and tax legislation relating to total reward
- Experience in job evaluation methodologies (ideally Willis Towers Watson)
- Significant experience in developing and delivering reward strategies
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end cyclical reward processes (pay reviews, bonus, benefits, benchmarking)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Advanced analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights
Desirable:
- Experience within financial services or other regulated sectors
- Understanding of international reward strategies
