Overview We\’re delighted to be working with a well-known and successful business to recruit a Reward Manager on a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Reward team, headed up by an inspiring leader who is driving positive change across the organisation.The role offers flexibility and can be taken on either a salaried or day-rate basis, full-time or part-time, depending on your preference.Position details Location: Near Ilkley, West Yorkshire (Hybrid, 2–3 days/month in office)Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 per annum / £250–£400 per day (depending on basis and experience)Contract: 6 Month Fixed-Term ContractStart Date: ASAPKey Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of a new bonus scheme, with a particular focus on LTIPDrive and oversee job evaluation projects using Willis Towers Watson methodologySupport wider reward activity, including pay structures, benefits, and incentive plansProvide expert reward advice to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with people strategy and fair pay principlesContribute to ongoing reward transformation, policy development, and process improvementAbout You Significant reward experience, with strong knowledge of Willis Towers Watson job evaluation and benchmarking methodologyProven track record of leading medium to large-scale reward projectsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to inform decisionsAdvanced Excel skills and a solid understanding of pay benchmarking methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadersLocation & Flexibility The role is based near Ilkley, West Yorkshire, with only 2–3 days a month required on-site.
