Base pay range
Working for a superb, small but very high-performing Financial Services client based in the city, we are supporting them to recruit a Reward and Data Consultant on a 12-month fixed‑term contract.
Location: London City, Hybrid 3 days in the office – will also consider a 4-day week / 2 days in the office for the right individual.
This role will report into a Head of Reward in a small, close‑knit People team and have broad responsibilities, including people analytics, cyclical reward activities and insights, support the Head of Reward drafting Remco papers, benefit renewals, manage HR data and provide meaningful insights.
You will also need to be comfortable facing off to senior stakeholders within the business; they operate a very flat structure and collegiate environment.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a strong background in people analytics/data coupled with some reward/benefits experience, ideally from a regulated environment.
This role is a 12‑month FTC opportunity, ideally with an immediate start, meaning only candidates with up to a 1‑month notice period will be considered for the role.
