✨Know Your Payroll Stuff

This will show that you’re not just familiar with the theory but have real-world experience.
✨Show Off Your Stakeholder Skills
Prepare examples of how you've managed stakeholders in previous roles. Think about times when you had to communicate complex ideas clearly or negotiate solutions. This is crucial for a role that requires strong advisory skills, so be ready to demonstrate your ability to build relationships and influence decisions.

Since this role involves hands-on implementation, come prepared to talk about the systems you've worked with. Highlight any specific payroll systems you’ve implemented and the outcomes of those projects. This will help illustrate your capability to deliver tangible results.
✨Demonstrate Your Autonomy
