We're partnering with a growing organisation to appoint a Learning & Development Partner on a 6β12 month fixed-term contract, with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key L&D workstreams, drive meaningful change, and shape the future development framework of a diverse and expanding workforce.
The role:
- You'd play a pivotal role in reviewing, designing, and delivering a range of learning and development initiatives. The initial focuses for the role will include:
- Onboarding: Reviewing the current process and leading a full redesign and implementation
- Career Pathways: Creating clear progression routes across the organisation
- Apprenticeships: Reviewing existing schemes and enhancing the offering
- Ex-Military Recruitment Scheme: Designing and setting up a structured pathway into the business
- Retention: Partnering with the business to identify and implement ways to improve retention, particularly across the blue-collar workforce
This is a hands-on, impactful role where you'll collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation to deliver initiatives that truly make a difference.
About You:
- Has strong experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
- Enjoys project ownership and delivering end-to-end solutions
- Confident partnering with stakeholders at all levels
- Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Comfortable travelling to various sites when needed
