London - Hybrid Full-Time, 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (potential to be extended) Up to £54,000 per annum plus package. To start ASAP.

Due to a period of increased activity and demand, we are supporting a well-established business to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support their People function. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ER professional who enjoys managing varied casework, influencing stakeholders and providing commercially focused HR advice in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied ER caseload, including investigations, grievances, disciplinary, performance and conduct matters.
  • Providing expert advice and coaching to managers and leaders.
  • Ensuring employment law compliance and consistent case management.
  • Supporting policy updates, process improvements and management training initiatives.
  • Producing accurate case records, reporting and insights.

About you:

  • Significant Employee Relations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Experience handling complex and sensitive ER cases.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ideally you will have CIPD Level 5 or 7 (or working towards).
  • Experience within a regulated environment would be advantageous.
