We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic People Partner to support a fast-paced operational and logistics environment based in Leicester. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you will partner closely with operational leaders to deliver effective HR solutions that support performance, engagement, and compliance.
- Act as the primary HR contact for the site, supporting managers across all people-related matters.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.
- Drive HR initiatives aligned with operational goals, including workforce planning and performance management.
- Support recruitment and onboarding for site-based roles.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Promote a positive workplace culture focused on safety, engagement, and accountability.
Proven experience in an HR Manager, HRBP or Senior HR Advisor role within operations, logistics, or a similar environment. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
