We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic People Partner to support a fast-paced operational and logistics environment based in Leicester. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you will partner closely with operational leaders to deliver effective HR solutions that support performance, engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary HR contact for the site, supporting managers across all people-related matters
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
- Drive HR initiatives aligned with operational goals, including workforce planning and performance management
- Support recruitment and onboarding for site-based roles
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Promote a positive workplace culture focused on safety, engagement, and accountability
- Proven experience in an HR Manager, HRBP or Senior HR Advisor role within operations, logistics, or a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Confident managing complex employee relations cases
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, site-based setting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above preferred)
