We’re working with a well-established and financially stable professional services business that continues to grow organically and through strategic expansion, and who are now looking to appoint a Payroll Specialist. This role will suit someone with strong payroll experience who enjoys working with detailed data, multiple pay cycles, and external payroll providers. You’ll act as a key point of contact for payroll and benefits queries, support monthly processing, reconciliations and year-end activity, and contribute to improving payroll processes and controls. About you
- Proven experience in payroll coordination or specialist roles
- Exposure to multi-entity or complex payroll environments
- Strong Excel and data-handling skills
- Good working knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance for the UK & IE
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Confident working with HR, Finance and external providers
