We’re looking for a People Partner to join a fast-paced manufacturing business in Leeds. Reporting into the People Manager, this is a hands-on, generalist role where you’ll work closely with managers to support day-to-day people matters and help drive engagement across the site.

  • Partner with line managers and department heads to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, development, performance management, and offboarding
  • Lead and support HR projects, including system implementation and process improvements
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice
  • Support employee relations matters, providing practical and commercially focused advice
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve organisational performance
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values

Proven experience in a generalist HR role (HR Advisor / Junior HRBP level). Comfortable supporting employee relations cases end-to-end. This is a permanent on-site role based in Leeds, c.£42,000 depending on experience.
