We’re currently recruiting for a passionate and proactive HR Advisor to join a small but growing team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with managers and employees to deliver effective people solutions. This is a varied and fast-paced opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships and making a real impact within an organisation.
The Role
- Provide generalist HR advice across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and policy development
- Support learning and development initiatives and internal training sessions
- Manage and maintain HR systems and records, ensuring strong compliance
- Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
- Support business performance through effective people management
- Work both independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes
About You
- You’ll be a confident and organised HR professional with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Previous experience in a generalist HR Admin, Assistant, or Advisor role
- CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 (or working towards) – desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of workload
- Commitment to continuous professional development
