We are partnering with a financial services business in West Yorkshire who are looking for a Head of Communications on a 12 month FTC. This role reports directly to the CEO and will lead the development and delivery of an integrated comms approach across internal and external channels.

You will:

  • Lead on financial and performance communications, developing clear and engaging ways to share the strategy, key metrics and business progress with the Board, investors, clients, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Manage a small UK communications team, supporting their development across internal comms, external comms, intranet knowledge sharing, colleague engagement and event delivery.
  • Work with external PR and corporate affairs partners to shape and deliver impactful political and regulatory advocacy.

Experience required:

  • Significant senior experience leading corporate communications within financial services, insurance or another regulated environment.
  • Demonstrable success in using PR and external engagement to deliver B2B and B2C outcomes.
  • Media trained, confident presenting, and able to create clear, compelling presentations and media‐ready materials independently or in collaboration with others.

This role is paying £80k - £95k + package and will be based in Leeds.
