Learning & Development Partner

🕒 Full-time, 6–12 Month FTC (Potential to become permanent)

📍 Leeds (Hybrid – approx. 2 days a week in the office + some travel)

We’re partnering with a growing organisation to appoint a Learning & Development Partner on a 6–12 month fixed-term contract, with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key L&D workstreams, drive meaningful change, and shape the future development framework of a diverse and expanding workforce.

The role:

You’d play a pivotal role in reviewing, designing, and delivering a range of learning and development initiatives. The initial focuses for the role will include:

• Onboarding: Reviewing the current process and leading a full redesign and implementation
• Career Pathways: Creating clear progression routes across the organisation
• Apprenticeships: Reviewing existing schemes and enhancing the offering
• Ex-Military Recruitment Scheme: Designing and setting up a structured pathway into the business
• Retention: Partnering with the business to identify and implement ways to improve retention, particularly across the blue‑collar workforce

This is a hands‑on, impactful role where you’ll collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation to deliver initiatives that truly make a difference.

About You:

• Has strong experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
• Enjoys project ownership and delivering end‑to‑end solutions
• Confident partnering with stakeholders at all levels
• Can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
• Comfortable travelling to various sites when needed
