Job Description
Immediate start – Regional HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join a private-equity backed, multisite business with sites across the Midlands. The HR Business Partner will partner a number of businesses and functions to develop people plans, drive HR initiatives and implement effective HR strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Instill effective performance management and talent processes to ensure the businesses and functions are fit for future.
- Influence, coach, and mentor managers in the use of policies, procedures, HR frameworks and employment legislation.
- Provide guidance on strategic workforce planning to ensure the right talent and capabilities are in place to meet business needs.
- Define and implement people plans that align with the business strategy and objectives.
- Work closely with senior leaders and managers to provide HR advice and support that drives business performance.
- Lead and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
This can be permanent or FTC, and is a hybrid, regional role offering circa £55,000 plus package per annum.
