We’re working with a professional services business seeking an experienced HR professional to join them on a 3-month fixed-term contract, as an Employee Relations Specialist.
- Contract: 3-month FTC, to cover while someone is out of the business
- Location: Fully remote, with travel to Darlington required a couple of times during the contract
- Focus: Employee Relations – handling a range of ER cases, supporting line managers, ensuring best practice
About you:
- Strong HR generalist or ER background
- Confident in managing ER issues from start to resolution
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and solutions-focused
- Currently located in the UK
- Available immediately
