HR Recruitment Consultant at Eyzon – specialist recruitment within the world of HR

We’re working with a professional services business seeking an experienced HR professional to join them on a 3-month fixed-term contract, as an Employee Relations Specialist.

• Contract: 3-month FTC, to cover while someone is out of the business
• Location: Fully remote, with travel to Darlington required a couple of times during the contract
• Focus: Employee Relations – handling a range of ER cases, supporting line managers, ensuring best practice

About you:

• Strong HR generalist or ER background
• Confident in managing ER issues from start to resolution
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and solutions-focused
• Currently located in the UK
• Available immediately
