Compensation Benefits Specialist, City of London

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compensation Benefits Specialist to join a luxury retail brand in London. Reporting directly into the HR Director, you will be responsible for benefits administration, vendor management, salary benchmarking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day benefits operations across the EU and LATAM, ensuring accurate enrolment, renewals, and compliance.
- Support annual compensation cycles, including salary review and bonus processes.
- Manage relationships with external benefits providers and brokers to ensure service quality, resolve issues, and review service levels.
- Act as the liaison between HRIS platform (Workday) and external vendors to streamline data flows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to support pay positioning and reward strategy.
- Contribute to the job levelling and career framework design and implementation.
- Maintain and enhance reward-related data and processes within Workday, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across relevant modules (UK & EU).
- Administer and manage employee benefits across the UK and EU, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policy.
- Lead and participate in global reward projects, collaborating with regional and central HR teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Workday compensation and benefits functionality.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits roles, ideally supporting multiple international regions.
- Strong knowledge of benefits practices and compliance within the EU and LATAM.
- Experience working with Workday as well as external benefit providers.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
This is a 12-month FTC with the opportunity to go permanent, based in London, hybrid, offering circa £50,000 per annum.
