We are recruiting a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join a fast-paced and growing organisation in Berkshire. Reporting to the Reward Manager, the Compensation & Benefits Analyst will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and management of the company’s compensation and benefits programs. You will work closely with HR, Finance and external vendors to ensure competitive and equitable reward packages that align with the organisation's strategy and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the process of gender pay gap analysis, reporting, and improvement strategies to ensure compliance and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Conduct job evaluations and assessments, ensuring roles are classified correctly within the company's pay structure and aligning with market standards.
  • Support the development and maintenance of job families, ensuring consistency in job matching and classifications across departments.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking against industry standards to ensure competitive pay packages and stay updated with market trends.
  • Manage and analyse large data sets to provide meaningful insights that guide decision-making in compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Support the preparation of annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and other reward-related processes.
  • Provide analytical support for HRIS and compensation-related systems, ensuring accurate data processing and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues, management, and external vendors to deliver an effective compensation and benefits offering.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis or a related HR role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with compensation surveys and benchmarking.
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws and benefits practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
