Eyzon are delighted to be partnering with EPUKI to appoint a new Payroll Co-ordinator. EPUKI is the UK division of (EPH), a leading European energy group. Established in 2015, EPUKI owns, operates, and develops a diverse portfolio of gas, biomass, and flexible electricity generation assets across the UK and Ireland, playing a key role in supporting the transition to a low-carbon energy future.

Based in their modern Leeds office at Thorpe Park, this role offers a hybrid working model and the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery across the UK and Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation of over 550 employees, continuing to expand through both M&A and new project development.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating multiple payrolls across various entities, pay dates, and agreements, ensuring compliance, precision, and a seamless experience for every employee. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you’ll collaborate closely with HR, Finance, line managers, and external payroll providers to deliver a high-quality payroll service.

You’ll also support the wider Reward function and Accounts Payable team, assisting with benefits administration and invoice processing, bringing real variety to your role. In addition, you’ll play an active part in driving continuous improvement, modernising processes, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to the development of smarter, more effective ways of working.
