Our client is looking for a talented LNG Commercial Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Deputy General Manager of Commercial Division on time charters, management agreements, and business development
  • Lead and organize commercial team activities
  • Oversee Commercial Associates' work on contracts and agreements
  • Resolve contractual and commercial challenges
  • Negotiate and communicate with clients
  • Cultivate relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Gather market intelligence from LNG industry players
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in ship management and ownership
  • Explore growth areas aligned with company objectives and Agency Agreement
  • Support financing and refinancing activities as needed
  • Review and maintain up-to-date contractual shipping documentation
  • Drive safety leadership behaviours and foster collaboration across the organization
  • Embody company values and create a motivating organizational culture
  • Ensure department staff understand physical and cyber security responsibilities

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in LNG commercial operations within a ship management company or an owner is essential.
  • Experience as an Assistant Commercial Manager within LNG is a minimum.
