About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our clients Terminals & Energy Storage division. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the safe and efficient operation of five strategically located terminals across the UK, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic direction of the Terminals & Energy Storage division, aligning with overall business objectives. Operational Excellence: * Oversee daily operations across all five terminals, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. * Manage and mentor a team of three Operations Managers, and two Team Leaders providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. * Develop and implement robust operational procedures and best practices. Client Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration. * Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns. * Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
