The Role
- Position: Nursery Nurse
- Room: Baby/Toddler/Preschool room
- Contract: Full-time | Permanent | Monday–Friday
- Hours: [e.g. 40 hours/week, between 7:30am–6:00pm]
- Salary: £26,500 - £28,100 per year (depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing warm, attentive day-to-day care for children in your room.
- Delivering fun, EYFS-aligned learning activities.
- Supporting each child's individual development and next steps.
- Building genuine relationships with children and their families.
- Keeping accurate, up-to-date observations and records.
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
- Working closely with the rest of the room team.
What We're Looking For
- Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification.
- Experience within the childcare sector (or a genuine willingness to learn).
- Clear Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one).
- A positive, proactive and caring attitude.
- Ability to use your own initiative and work well as part of a team.
