The Role

  • Position: Preschool Room Leader
  • Contract: Full-time | Permanent | Monday–Friday
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (between 7:30am – 6:00pm)
  • Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per year (depending on experience)

You’ll lead the preschool room, guiding both children and practitioners to achieve their very best. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance care, education, mentoring and organisation — all while creating a fun and nurturing environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
  • Previous Room Leader experience
  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
