We are currently, seeking a qualified, experienced, and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our amazing nursery on a fulltime, permanent basis. The nursery is situated in a spacious, vibrant building with a great range of facilities for the children and staff. The nursery is in the borough of Enfield and has a great commuting options with the closest stations being Bowes Park Overground and Bounds Green Underground Station. The position details. * Job title – Nursery Room Leader * Job type – Permanent * Position – Fulltime * Pay – £13-£15. * Hours – 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. * Days – Monday-Friday Responsibilities: * Assist in creating a safe and engaging environment for children. * Supervise and interact with children during playtime and activities. * Assist with feeding, diapering, and maintaining cleanliness in the nursery. * Collaborate with other Nursery staff to plan and implement age-appropriate activities. * Monitor children’s behaviour and report any concerns to the Nursery Supervisor * Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations. * Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress. To be considered for this role you must have the following. * Have a childcare qualification level 2 or higher. * Fluent in English (verbal and written communication) * Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices * Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable. * Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. * Have a clear enhanced D.B.S. * The right to work in the UK.
