The Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join an enthusiastic, passionate, and highly skilled team. You will play a key role in supporting children’s early development, delivering engaging EYFS-led activities, and helping to maintain the nursery’s outstanding standards of care and education.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate learning activities in line with the EYFS
- Supporting children’s emotional, social, and physical development
- Observing, recording, and supporting children’s progress
- Working collaboratively with a dedicated and friendly team
- Building strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner
- A positive, enthusiastic, and caring attitude
- A clear Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong communication skills and fluent spoken English
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for early years education and child development
