Role Details
- Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
- Contract: Permanent | Full-Time (40 hours)
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday between 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Salary: £24,130 – £26,350 per year (depending on experience)

Your Role
You will play a key part in giving children the best possible start in life, supporting both learning and emotional development.
You will:
- Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with EYFS
- Support children’s development through engaging activities
- Carry out observations, assessments and learning plans
- Provide early interventions where needed
- Work closely with parents, carers and professionals
- Complete risk assessments, accident and incident reports
- Promote inclusion and support children with additional needs
- Help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification
- Nursery/childcare experience
- Good knowledge of the EYFS
- Clear Enhanced DBS
- Enthusiastic, caring and proactive personality
- Team player with strong communication skills
