Role Details

  • Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
  • Contract: Permanent | Full-Time (40 hours)
  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday between 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Salary: £24,130 – £26,350 per year (depending on experience)

Your Role

You will play a key part in giving children the best possible start in life, supporting both learning and emotional development.

You will:

  • Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with EYFS
  • Support children’s development through engaging activities
  • Carry out observations, assessments and learning plans
  • Provide early interventions where needed
  • Work closely with parents, carers and professionals
  • Complete risk assessments, accident and incident reports
  • Promote inclusion and support children with additional needs
  • Help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment

  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification
  • Nursery/childcare experience
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS
  • Clear Enhanced DBS
  • Enthusiastic, caring and proactive personality
