Weβre looking for a hands-on creative to conceptualise and execute best-in-class visuals across our multichannel consumer food media brand (delicious.) and the high-profile, foodie clients we produce for. Youβll work across digital and print, stills and motion, shaping the look and feel of everything from attention-grabbing social posts and high-performing campaign assets to beautifully crafted magazine layouts.

The midweight multimedia creative is the brand guardian for visual expression β responsible for art direction and asset creation. This includes digital and print, motion and stills, and covers both branded and owned content. They are expected to own briefs from start to finish, applying the overarching creative strategy set by the Head of Creative.
They collaborate with the wider content and commercial teams to conceptualise and deliver premium visual executions, directing shoots and managing external creative support when needed. This role requires fluency in still and motion design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva and Figma for design
collaboration.
Use of AI tools for image generation, concept scamping and production efficiency is encouraged. The midweight multimedia creative should represent the brand at industry events and shoots, where appropriate.
Key responsibilties
Creative & Brand Design
β Lead on the visual design of key content assets β including digital assets, commercial campaign visuals, social motion and animations, templated magazine designs and newsletters.
β Apply and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
β Collaborate with content, production and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
Art Direction & Motion
β Art direct, style and support on shoots where needed (stills and video).
β Createmotion graphics and/or animations for digital formats and commercial decks.
β Ensure everything you produce is on brief, aligned to brand purpose, drives results and is fully accessible across screen and print.
Cross-functional Collaboration
β Translate content and campaign briefs into standout visual executions.
β Manage and provide creative support to the junior multimedia creative and guide freelancers where required.
β Contribute to ideation and concept development for new content formats.
