As a Game Producer you will be responsible for the design stream of gaming (slot) products; holding a pivotal role at the forefront of the creative design and delivery process, guiding each game from ideation and conceptualization to the final touches of UX, gameplay refinement, and release. You will collaborate with a skilled team of developers, designers, and artists to shape groundbreaking game concepts. The influence of the Producer extends across the entire development process, ensuring that each game not only meets but exceeds industry standards.
You will be part of the Studios team , who work closely with the Technology & Product and other key stakeholders.
What you will do
- Responsible for the design stream of gaming products outlined in the studio’s product roadmap
- Collaborate closely with the Head of the Studio, Mathematicians, Programmers, and Artists to brainstorm innovative game ideas and concepts
- Assist in shaping the game product roadmap for the in-house studio
- Develop comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDD) to guide the creative and development teams in designing and developing each game to the highest standards.
- Ensure the timely delivery of essential gaming artifacts throughout the product development cycle
- Conduct regular game reviews with the development teams, offering constructive feedback to uphold project excellence
- Identify opportunities to enhance the in-house games portfolio by delivering new game designs, concepts, and mechanics
- Present game ideas and concepts to global stakeholders, effectively communicating their potential and value
- Conduct regular showcase demonstrations of games for both internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with creative teams and group roadmap planning teams to ensure the timely delivery of games
- Adhere strictly to all internal development and compliance policies
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of gaming regulations in applicable markets to ensure game designs, concepts, and products comply with regulations for launch
- Curate a library of studio and game knowledge to facilitate knowledge sharing across the business
- A detailed knowledge of the gaming industry and slot/table gaming products
Qualifications
- Experience working in games-focused roles on either design or market analyst roles
- Knowledge of online casino game design and development methodologies
- Detailed knowledge and experience working within gaming regulations for the US, UK, EU, and gaming markets
- Knowledge of Progressive Jackpot systems and market implementation beneficial
- Experience creating and delivering commercial product roadmaps within gaming markets
