This is a senior leadership role with real impact—defining data architecture, driving analytics excellence, and embedding data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
About the Role
As BI Director, you’ll own the data strategy end-to-end. You’ll also lead the BI team—developing talent, setting priorities, and delivering high-impact projects that support strategic growth.

- Lead development of new product features and game mechanics through data insights
- Guide the design and optimisation of content recommendation systems
- Improve reporting tools for internal teams and external partners
- Act as Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations
- Build and mentor a high-performing BI team

- Advanced technical expertise in Tableau, MySQL, Python, and modern BI tools
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, modelling, and governance
- Experience in iGaming is a must have
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with GDPR and willingness to act as DPO if not already certified
Why This Role?
- Shape the data backbone of a global entertainment business
- Lead innovation in game design, player experience, and commercial strategy
- Collaborate with visionary leaders across product and tech
