Ein typischer Tag bei uns:
- Du führst dein Team und gehst stets als positives Vorbild voran, indem du deine Mitarbeiter bei der Umsetzung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen motivierst.
- Neben der Erstellung der Personaleinsatzplanung verantwortest du die Inventuren und sorgst hinter den Kulissen dafür, dass alle administrativen Prozesse reibungslos ablaufen.
- Du berätst Kund:innen kompetent und modebewusst und begeisterst sie für unsere eyes + more Brillen als modisches Accessoire, indem du aktiv zuhörst und ihre Wünsche verstehst.
- Du sorgst dafür, dass neue Kolleg:innen erfolgreich in unser Team integriert werden und sich schnell zurechtfinden.
- Du arbeitest im Team zusammen, um gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen.
