Responsibilities
- Du berätst Kund:innen kompetent und modebewusst und begeisterst sie für unsere eyes + more Brillen als modisches Accessoire, indem du aktiv zuhörst und ihre Wünsche verstehst.
- Du führst Sehtests durch und berätst deine Kunden auch in augenoptischen Aspekten.
- Du bietest einen Rundum-Service von Auswahl und Beratung, über Anpassung der Brillen bis hin zu kleineren Reparaturen und der Reklamationsbearbeitung bist du stets für deine Kunden da.
Wir arbeiten im Team zusammen, um gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen.
Qualifications
- Dir fällt es leicht Kunden mit deiner aufgeschlossenen und stets serviceorientierten Art zu überzeugen.
- Du kannst die Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden immer zielsicher analysieren.
- Die Beratung der Kunden macht dir Spaß und du hast kein Problem dabei immer die perfekte Brille für jeden Anlass zu finden. Hierbei hilft dir deine Fachkompetenz und dein augenoptisches Know-How.
- Du führst gerne Sehtests durch und behältst dabei immer den perfekten Service für deine Kunden im Blick.
Je nach individueller Qualifikation und Vordienstzeit gilt für diese Position ein KV – Mindestgehalt von €2.668,69 Brutto pro Monat bei einem Beschäftigungsgrad von 100%.
