About the Role

At Eyehut, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care – using modern diagnostic equipment, collaborating with experienced colleagues, and supporting your community with clinical excellence. Eyehut is currently recruiting Optometrists across its London practices in Dalston, Islington (Chapel Market), Whitechapel, Thamesmead. At Eyehut you'll join a supportive team dedicated to delivering outstanding eye care to local communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead eye clinics and deliver outstanding patient care
  • Use advanced testing technology to assess eye health and offer professional guidance
  • Provide enhanced services such as triage support and advanced assessments
  • Offer clinical support and guidance to colleagues
  • Collaborate with external healthcare professionals
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and share insights with the team
  • Contribute actively to the leadership and smooth operation of the practice

Requirements

  • Confident, compassionate, and patient-focused optometrist
  • GOC registered (or expecting registration within 6 months)
  • NHS performer number (or working towards it)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Genuine interest in patient care and professional development
  • Experience providing enhanced services
  • Familiarity with local clinical networks
