The Opportunity

Working closely with our CFO and Finance Assistant, you will oversee core finance operations, ensure compliance, and support broader financial planning and analysis. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly shape business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and HMRC obligations
- Liaise with external accountants during year-end processes
- Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls
What We’re Looking For
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP and financial reporting
- Proficient in Xero accounting software
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
