Eye4 Recruitment is partnering with a Farnham/Guildford-based organisation to recruit a Finance Manager who will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting continued growth.
The Role
As Finance Manager, you will lead the finance function, ensuring robust financial control, insightful reporting, and compliance across the organisation. You will also contribute to strategic decision-making and the ongoing development of systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, and day-to-day finance operations
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
- Deliver clear, actionable financial insight to support strategic decisions
- Manage, mentor, and develop a small finance team
- Support organisational growth, including involvement in tendering activities
- Oversee IT and data security, working closely with external providers to maintain secure and effective systems
- Shape and strengthen the finance function as the organisation evolves
About You
You’ll be well suited to this role if you:
- Are a qualified accountant with at least 3 years’ experience in financial or management accounting
- Have hands-on experience preparing budgets, year-end and published accounts, and liaising with auditors
- Bring proven experience in a similar role, including leading day-to-day finance operations and managing a small team
