Account Manager My client is one of the UK\โs largest and fastest-growing independent plant and tool hire companies, operating across eighteen depots throughout the South of England, Wales, and Scotland. With ambitious growth plans underway, we are seeking highโcalibre professionals to support and drive the continued success of our business.
Key Responsibilities Manage, develop, and grow a defined portfolio of existing customer accounts
Drive the growth and performance of key accounts in line with company objectives
Deliver and exceed sales growth targets across all products and services
Research, develop, and present customer account proposals and commercial agreements
Collaborate with local, regional, and internal marketing teams to maximise business opportunities
Act as a brand ambassador across industry events, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities
Provide market intelligence and customer insights to regional teams and senior management
Maximise customer engagement and performance using internal customer management platforms
Skills, Experience & Attributes Proven experience in sales and account development, ideally within a B2B environment
Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Demonstrated success selling products and services to end users
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Commitment to personal development and continuous improvement
