My client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with strong communication and customer service skills to play a key role in supporting our national and international sales operations.

The ideal candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent email, word processing, and spreadsheet skills, and have a sound understanding of export procedures from order receipt to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer orders via phone, email, fax, and online platforms
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide high-quality support
  • Liaise with production and warehouse teams to coordinate dispatch dates
  • Monitor and verify dispatch and delivery schedules
  • Perform order analysis and generate weekly sales reports
  • Maintain and update the customer database and price book
  • Manage customer contact information and interactions
  • Handle invoicing and general filing tasks
  • Coordinate transport and liaise with shipping companies
  • Arrange export shipments, including documentation and logistics
  • Support the sales and sales support teams with administrative tasks
  • Contribute to overall customer service excellence
  • Carry out general office duties as required
