About this role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Managed Detection and Incident Response (m/f/x) to join our Product team.
As our client base grows rapidly across Europe, this role will play a key part in scaling our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Incident Response (IR) capabilities — Eye Security’s most strategic product area.
You’ll take full ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for this space. Collaborating with our engineers, product designers, security operations , and product marketing , you will ensure that our platform evolves with our customers’ needs and delivers maximum impact.
This is a senior individual contributor role designed for someone who thrives on autonomy, discovery , and leading cross-functional product development in a fast-growing environment.
This position reports directly to the Director of Product Delivery .
This is a remote role in the United Kingdom .
What you will do
Product Strategy & Roadmap : Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for MDR, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) , and IR , ensuring alignment with our overall product vision and company OKRs.
Product Discovery : Drive discovery practices to deeply understand customer needs, problems, and pain points, translating them into actionable solutions and product opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Engineering, Product Design, Security Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success , and Sales teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Go-To-Market (GTM) : Partner with Product Marketing to define GTM plans and deliver clear, compelling product launches.
Partner & Supplier Management : Manage external relationships, especially with EDR vendors and MDR technology providers, ensuring alignment with our MSP and partner ecosystem.
Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the evolution of our internal processes, tooling, and product culture, helping Eye Security scale sustainably.
Agile & Data-Driven Execution : Embrace agile methodologies, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions, measure product performance, and iterate fast.
Innovation & Thought Leadership : Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation.
What you will need
8+ years of Product Management experience , with at least 3 years in a senior role owning end-to-end delivery of software products.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products in a fast-paced environment, using product discovery and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) .
Proven experience in cybersecurity and knowledge of best practices, especially in Managed Detection & Response (MDR) , Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) , and Incident Response (IR) .
Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Experience working in cross-functional SaaS environments , collaborating with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Sales functions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
