The Office Coordinator will manage daily administrative tasks, maintain office organisation, handle phone inquiries with professional etiquette, and oversee the use and maintenance of office equipment. Main Duties:

- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling customer calls professionally
- Responsible for managing company WhatsApp, Emails and updating the CRM
- Ensuring invoices are completed accurately and in a timely manner
